Computer turning itself off while gaming

Hello, my computer turns itself off while playing games. My computer specs are more than good enough to run the games, mostly path of exile.

What I have done to try to resolve the issue so far:
1. Tried replacing the surge protector, cable to the power supply, and changed wall outlets.
2. Replaced the RAM, also alternated 1 stick at a time in different slots to ensure they all worked.
3. Did a fresh install of windows, kept 0 files on the hard drive. Placed everything else on a cloud.
4. Tried messing around with the wattages(up and down) accordingly for my CPU and GPU to see if the power supply was failing at a certain wattage, or if the components weren't getting enough juice.
5. Changed out the hard drive to eliminate that as a possibility. Made a fresh disc for an ensured good install.

Other symptoms:
1. Frame loss during games while idle and full load, seemingly at the same rate.
2. Keyboard stops functioning randomly, as well as the wireless card cutting out. Both issues are resolved but unplugging and replugging.

I do not have a separate power supply to test, but the one I have should be more than enough power at 1200w gold rated.
I don't have a spare motherboard to test it out as well.

I've been trying for weeks now, and I'm at the end of my rope. I could really use an assist on this one! Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I forgot to put the parts in!

I'm running Windows 10 64-bit
AMD FX-9370 processor
20GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 motherboard
2GB ddr5 ram GTX 770 graphics card
223GB Toshiba SSD

All temperatures are good, I've constantly monitored them. It never goes above 65C. Unfortunately I do not have a secondary graphics card, nor do I have onboard graphics.\

it could be dust creating heat in the graphics card or somewhat like that i suggest doing a cleanup or possibly getting a new power supply i had the same problem with my cyberpower but it was overheating due to me living in florida.

I did an in depth cleaning of all of the computer components, making sure I was grounded the entire time. There isn't a spec of dust in the entire computer! And as I said in the previous message, I have been monitoring the temperatures and they never go above 60°F under max load playing 3 games at once on max graphics!
I was thinking about buying a new power supply, but I don't want to waste the money if that's not the issue, I'm really hoping there's a way for me to test what is failing without actually going out and getting the parts or paying for the testing
