A bit more expensive, but is more geared for gaming and streaming as it has a Ryzen 7 with more cores and a SSD for OS. Also, a much more powerful GPU that will allow for gaming at Ultra for 1080 and most games at 1440p.

Okay only thing is I’m on a budge I didn’t want more than 1.1k and I still managed to go over. Is the original build I have powerful?

The original build is powerful but will lack while gaming and streaming. I would try to go for the Ryzen line due to more cores or the new Intel Coffee Lake chipset. For 1080p, the 1060 6GB should be okay, but the 1070 will ensure Ultra for almost all games at 1080p and 1440P.

Is there anyway to have a computer like the one you posted but cheaper? 1.15k

Nearly the same performance, but the Ryzen 7 is still better. Otherwise almost identical specs at $11 over 1.15k.

If you do not mind a Watermark on the bottom right of the screen, you can download the ISO off the Windows Page and install it on your PC and not activate it.
