And how do i update my BIOS

Also can my pc run well/while oc-ing?

Specs:
i5 4460 3.2 MHz
GTX 750Ti
Gigabyte Z87M D3H
Corsair valueselect 8gb 1600MHz

Im a budget builder btw.
Any suggest for budget 80+ gold psu?

I don't know if the fan issue with the G3 has been resolved yet, I'd stay clear of it.

You can find a Corsair TXM for relatively cheap and it's state of the art.
the Cooler Master V is not the newest unit but still very decent and with rebates sometimes available for less than 55$.
Same applies to the EVGA G2, however I haven't seen it on sale for a while.
Sometimes there's a good deal on the Seasonic Focus (and it doesn't get much better than this)
Last but not least, if there are no sales whatsoever and you don't need modular cables, the Bitfenix Formula Gold is the ultimate budget gold unit.

550W would suffice.
