Hi I'm having low performance problem in both Cpu and GPU. Everything was ok until last night Windows update installed the security patch KB4056892 because of the meltdown thing. I know there is suposed to be a slight impact, however this is ridiculous.

I have a 8700k overclocked to 4.7Ghz, Asus Z370-A, Gtx 1060 6Gb, Samsung nvme 960 evo. 16gb RAM

For some reason, if I run the benchmarks before 30 seconds after windows startup, I get normal results, I mean:
Cinebench R15: CPU 1547cb and GPU 163.18fps
Geekbench 4: CPU over 4500 single core

Everything super snappy as expected of an nvme drive. I meanm, opening a folder or chrome takes virtualy 0s, instantly.

After around 30 seconds, everything starts to feel sluggish. Folders and chrome take around 1s to open. Dragging tabs from chrome is awful super slow.
Cinebench R15: CPU 1200cb and GPU 35fps
Geekbench 4: CPU 1527 single core

This happens everytime.

Yesterday I was rendering an animation in blender with GPU and took around 12 seconds to render a frame. Today it takes 29 seconds. Imposible to work.

If i do a diagnostic startup in msconfig, most services doesn't load and everything seems ok so I figure it has to be a service but I don't know to identify it. Already tryed desabling all starup programs with no luck, so I supose it's a windows service.

I would apreciate any suggastions.
Thankyou very much
