There are two plugs in my pc at the power supply. The other one is the one we use for the power cord. The other has three wholes which looks like the cord that we plug in the pc. Anyone knows what is it?

That's an old power supply that has an output that if you have the correct power cord can power your monitor. Those haven't been used in a long time and I honestly never used it when I had a PC that had it. It is nothing to concern yourself with and like I said, I have never used it so you are fine just plugging in your standard power cable and forgetting about the other connector.
