Hello everyone , I bought a dell 7577 with 8 gb ram(2x4 memory). Yesterday I wanted to upgrade my RAM to 16 gb therefore I bought 2 memory RAM of 8 gb each one. After installing the new memories, everything seem okay, but 10 minutes after turning de laptop, It appeared a blue screen, then after restarting, the laptop didnt want to turn on with the new RAM, but It starts with the old ones, any suggestion?
