Asus Geforce Gtx 1050ti only 1 fan spinning even at 75c

I recently upgraded my pc from an evga 750ti to an asus 1050ti but when i started my pc only the right fan started up then stopped on the 1050ti. I know most newish graphics cards have 0db fans that only turn on after a certain temperature but 75c seems a bit high to only have 1 fan running. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

You could try and download MSI Afterburner and set the fan speeds manually to see if they both will spin, if they do then they are fine and the cards is only spinning one on purpose. If only one spins even though you have it manually adjusted then youll probably have to contact Asus.
