HD 4650 On 250 Watt Power Supply

Hey Guys!! I needz some help here. I got an Ati Radeon Hd 4650 1024 mb and i have a emachines T5274. It has a 250 watt delta power supply, ive been reading some sources and they say its ok but i dont my rig to blow up. So im asking yall.

It's hard to say without knowing what the +12V rail on the power supply is. Delta typically makes pretty decent ones, but even with the 4650 not using much power (48W), I'd still want to check and make sure that, given the age of this PC, it's not a *really* old PSU design.
