Pc wont boot after bios update H67M

I know there are a lot of old forums about this but i still cant find the answer. Ok so i just got a i7 2600 paired with a Asrock H67M. I updated the bios to the latest P2.10 after that my pc wont boot. I tryed everything. What can i do now. Please help. Cant install new windows, cant update to older drivers. I am locked

- Try removing the CMOS battery, unplugging all of the power connectors from the motherboard, and unplugging the power cable. Wait 5 mins and then put everything back together and try again. Try to get as far as BIOS settings.

- Motherboard may need to be replaced if failure occurred during BIOS update.

I can get into bios but not any further. Will try installing new windows with a bootable usb. If that dont work idk
