So when ever I try to shut down my pc after playing a game my pc would stay on but my screen turns off with windows 10. I already tried setting the defaults on my bios, and shutting down all my services before shutting down. I could always press and hold my power button but that will risk my pc being messed up, and I checked my event logs and the only error I had was error 10016 which no matter what I cannot fix.

No there is nothing wrong with my hardware because I already remounted everything in my pc and nothing has changed at all.
