New RAM installed, can’t press F1 to continue to setup

I just installed new RAM in my PC and when I boot it up it says “CPU or Memory Changed !!! Please enter Setup to configure your system”. It gives me the option to press F1 to run setup or F2 to load default values and continue. When I press the F keys nothing happens. I have tried entering my MSI motherboard’s BIOS, but it will not let me. Control + Alt + Delete makes the screen go dark and then come back to the same screen, so I know the computer is receiving input from my keyboard. Any advice?

ive hard this problem before i found out it was infact my keyboard i suggest using another keyboard to try to attempt that or using the original keyboard that it came with and if its a custom made computer i suggest getting a keyboard made by the motherboard manufactuer
