I just did a motherboard upgrade and I got some fans how ever the board only had enough for the fans that can with the case and on extra. I have a fan hub on the back side of the case (opposite side of the motherboard area) but it needs molex connector and I don't know what kind I need to power it. The connector has 4 pins inside.

umm...unless you have a proprietary PSU, it should have molex connectors coming out of it (most have 3-4). A molex connector looks like this: https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=1kTO5BI8&id=58538A2CBA97258089529128DF9A742B3EFFDB9F&thid=OIP.1kTO5BI8lZLTR4PJLseKHAHaE8&mediaurl=http%3a%2f%2fupload.wikimedia.org%2fwikipedia%2fcommons%2f3%2f31%2fMolex_female_connector.jpg&exph=1366&expw=2048&q=molex+connector+picture&simid=607998527380522936&selectedIndex=0&ajaxhist=0

If your PSU was modular, and you lost the molex cables, I suppose you could try to order new ones from the original manufacturer, or maybe ebay...

If you need a molex extension cable, you can get one here...

If you need a molex extension cable, you can get one here: https://www.amazon.com/C2G-27397-Internal-Extension-Connector/dp/B0002J26JM/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1515549364&sr=8-4&keywords=molex+extension+cable

If you need a molex-to-fan cable adaptor, go here: https://www.amazon.com/Mini-3-4-pin-adapter-sleeved/dp/B001B9Y6W2/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1515549412&sr=1-5&keywords=molex+to+fan+adapter

If your PSU doesn't have a molex connector, you're pretty much buggered, because a single fan connection on a motherboard really shouldn't be used to run more than 2 fans off of it (using this cable splitter: https://www.amazon.com/Rosewill-Splitter-Duplicator-Converter-Adapter/dp/B01N0XQ7XC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1515549498&sr=8-3&keywords=case+fan+splitter+cable
