Internet speed maxed at about 10mbps

Hi, i have a massive problem with my internet; i bought an internet package that was supposed to reach speeds over a hundred mbps, since a few months ago the internet speed suddently maxed out about 10mbps. I can't figure it out what the problem is, my router is fine(i even tried changing to new ones) and my modem is fine too. I need answers ASAP.

The process to solve this is plug your pc straight to the modem and use speedtest.net. If it doesn't work, call your ISP. If it does then connect your router back to the modem then plug your pc to your router and repeat steps.

At first, the speedtest meter went over 50mbps at its best then it slides down to 10mbps in a matter of second.
(I am using lan direcrly from the modem)
