Is this build alright?
I am on a budget and i am aiming to build a workstation and gaming balance.
I need it mainly for video editing, rendering, capturing and streaming footage (and of course, gaming aswell in no higher resolution than 1080):

Ryzen 5 1600
Gtx 1060
16 mb ram
1tb hdd
120 ssd
500w psu
GA-AB350M-D3H Mobo

I am upgrading from a 750ti gtx, is it worth to upgrade to the 1050ti or should i go for 1060?.
Is there anything i should change?
(Not planning to install games in the SSD, is 120gb enough if i am only going to install the OS and software there?)

I think you have what you need. On the videocard, it needs to be powerful enough to run the game as well as you intend to play it. What I mean is, a 1050 Ti will run games and be very playable at 1080p but it's not a '60fps on all games at Ultra settings' card. So unless the games you'll play are not demanding, or you don't mind turning down the settings, a 1060 is the way to go.

An SSD for your OS and programs is fine. If it were me I'd probably go for a 256gb SSD, so I can throw a game or two on there. That way when you're streaming you can get everything started with minimal waiting. I'd rather have a 120gb SSD and a 1060 than a 256gb SSD and a 1050 Ti if it comes down to that.
