Someone is offering me the first one for 60 bucks, but I'm not sure if it's going to be better for what I need it for. I'll be running games off of it/storing them on it. My current drive just failed and I've got a budget of $100.

Solution
First one is external 2.5"drive, second is internal 3.5"drive.

Choose first, if you need to carry data around.
Choose second, if you need data to be stored internally in your desktop pc. This would be obvious choice for storing games.

Am I going to notice a big difference in performance between games on either?

Is there any WD Black or SSD's that are 2TB and reliable for $100 CAD

Alright I guess I'll just bite the bullet for now and stick to the 60 dollar one, then get a WD Black later

Thanks, man
