It's about Data Transfer in Android 7.1 Nougat - when SD Card formatted as Internal Storage

I recently bought a Samsung Evo Plus 2017 to use it as Internal Storage on my phone, Moto G4 plus whose 32 GB is running out. After formatting as internal Storage, i was asked if i wanted to move my photos, files and some apps to this New SD Card which i accepted. Now my question is that suppose both the internal storage on my phone have some free space and i write or download something, where the data will be actually written? How would i know this? Is there any way i can control where i want my data to be written? The simple idea behind this is that i will put all the data that i don't wish to to modify or delete on the new Storage, and use Real Storage as the default, so the card doesn't degrade with consistent writes. Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

Ever since i've formatted the card as internal storage, the phone memory has disappeared. I'm not able to access it using any File explorer software. I've been using ES File Explorer/Manager Pro since a while but it's not showing Phone memory anymore. Apparently photos captured are going into the SD card automatically and i'm not able to modify the storage path through the default camera app in any way, downloads as well are being written to the card. Surprisingly both the storage show up separately in the Storage and USB section and as far as i see from there, everything except for Old apps is going into the card memory. The worst thing is that the timestamps of all the data has modified after being moved to the New storage. Such a poor experience. I regret for doing this.
