Hello,
I recently built a new PC with a Maximus hero X motherboard, I7 (8th gen as Maximus hero x only supports 8th gen) processor and 1070 nvidia GPU, in general it works fine but for some reason I don't understand, whenever I try playing a game, first of all, I get bad graphical "tearing", not in the most common sense of the term, it looks more like if I had bad FPS despite the fact that not only can I Confirm via many different tools I always get 60 + fps but on top of that some of those games (like warframe or fallout 4) have requirements that mean I litterally should be able to play them at max setting three times at once before experiencing any trouble of this kind.
On top of that, my camera in games will randomly jump around (Say too look at the roof or floor) but only when I'm moving in the game via my keyboard, if I stay still, no problem.
I thought it was my mouse and keyboard combo at first but that's impossible seeing how not only did they work fine both on a laptop AND on ps4 when I used them but I can still confirm they do work fine with none of these problems, yet the problems are still there if I change keyboard and mouse (Had another set for just this kind of troubleshooting)
On top of that, this computer in particular absolutely REFUSES to let my mouse wheel work, the mouse wheel "button" (Middle mouse) works just fine, but the actual scrolling of the mouse wheel doesn't do anything.
If needed : Keyboard is a corsair K95 Platinum, mouse is a Corsair M65 Pro.
Thanks and sorry for the long post, but I'm really at a lost seeing how all the drivers are up to date and what not...
