Corei7 Temperature Issues

I have really bad Core i7 temperature spikes it can shoot up to 65 degrees from 35 degrees just playing a game like overwatch, it can shoot up from 35 degrees to 45 without even doing anything. I have looked around and found that the cpu voltage may be causing the spikes. What settings should I put on the voltage in the MOBO settings?

I have heard to try to lower temperature spikes I should switch to Adaptive + offset and change the Vcore to 1.24V? But I don't know what I'm suppose to be changing exactly in the settings? This is my first build and I am worried about crashing my PC.

Here is a photo of what I can see on the motherboard it was originally set to Auto. I have not overclocked and do not intend to. Please could someone tell me what things I need to change in this section of the MOBO?

this image is taken at 45 degrees for the cpu (just turned on the pc!)

Also do I set it to adaptive+ offset or just adaptive??

Specs:
Core i7 7700K 4.2Ghz
Cpu cooler: H100i v2 hydro series
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1080Ti
Motherboard: MSI GAMING PRO CARBON Z270

Solution
Agree with Jankerson thats normal, the CPU voltage and frequency will spike based on demand, reducing the voltage will negatively affect system stability and those temperature fluctuations are normal.

TL;DR Don't change anything.
