Hi everyone, I have a lenovo PC desktop. I have been on windows 10 for a couple of years now. Today I was watching TV on my PC when suddenly a message came on my screen saying oops we've encountered a problem and we have to restart your computer. However, it didn't restart and when I manually tried to reboot, all I have now is the black screen with the flashing white dash top left of screen. I cannot even get into BIOS or home screen despite trying f2 etc. This may have something to do with me manually pressing the off button last night instead of using the cursor to shut down. Where there is usually a hold down on the off button for up to 10 seconds, now it turns off instantly when pressed, though this is probably not relevant. Recently the fan has been constantly on I guess through overheating, especially when gaming. I would appreciate any help whatsoever
