I have the Razer kraken v2 usb headphones and I use b350fgaming motherboard with windows 10.My problem is tha it won't let me get them to 24bit 48hz studio quality,it goes only up to 16bit 48hz and DVD quality any reason for that ? I want to fix it and go atleast up to 24 bit for pubg for clear sound and better quality
usb headphones do not have 24bit 48hz

Are you sure you have the latest audio drivers installed for your PC?
Also, where are you trying to set it to 24bit/48KHz? If there's a setting in the Razer software it may be limiting you to what your Windows Sound panel properties are set to.

First of all. 16bit 48khz is plenty enough quality. 24bit is only for DSD and I really doubt Razer has anything that can take use of that.
You won't be able to hear the difference between 16bit and 24bit. If anything it's just placebo.
