Unfortunately it seems my GPU has finally died, I think it's the core, it was just degrading and now it's to the point where it's dead *Que Taps* so i'm gonna have to flag this one as solved cause there's nothing that can be done. But thank you guys for the help, you did what you could

Yes I did, i'm not seeing any problems, and if it was my PSU, i've seen what happens if it was, PC will suddenly do a hard restart by itself so I know it's not that

What do you mean? And now that I think about it, it seems kind of odd that the issue never came up if my GPU was limiting itself somehow, like how I mentioned it was doing that when the fan was jammed so it was limiting itself to limit the heat it generates, so perhaps the issue is related to power? In which case it seems like the issue could be solved with underclocking which I don't know how to do, plus I want to avoid significant performance loss to the point of dropping framerate on my games

No I don't think so, i've looked over the main board and i'm not seeing any signs of damage and nothing looks loose, if it's an issue with the board itself it could be the core, one of the relays, or maybe a chip but i'm ruling out a damaged core cause I don't think the GPU would work at all if the core was damaged, so maybe a relay or a chip, assuming of course it is the card itself and not, say, a power issue, which actually sounds like a real possibility, and i'm using an 850W PSU, 100 more Watts than the minimum requirement for my GPU
