CPU: Intel Core i7 3770 - 3.4 Ghz
RAM: 8 GB
GPU: GTX 970 ZOTAC 4GB
SSD: 128GB

Would i be able to run PUBG at 60+ fps 1080p?
Or what would be the best settings for max performance with medium quality?

very high-Ultra is fine, CPU is still very capable for 60+ FPS and GPU ~ 1060, but PUBG is poorly optimized, you will see 40% usage for CPU and GPU but FPS ~ 40: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hQwMbr-nH4

So if i were to play pubg on 1080p Medium preset; would i get 60+ fps?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slI1YAuC_Q0 shows 3770 can do 100+ FPS in PUBG
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCYaWc9UX-g shows 1060 can do 70+ FPS on high settings

In all, you will get 70 FPS for high setting, 40 on ultra.
