Been trying to fix this problem for almost the whole day. I've done a complete reinstall of the drivers, restarted, cleaned my pc and everything. Graphics card was completely fine the evening before and I've tried it on a different system already and it works perfectly fine on there, here's how the issues are looking like.

Try unistalling drivers via Display Driver Uninstaller if you haven't already before applying new ones, failsafe method to eliminate cause on drivers side. Shutdown your computer and start up like normal.

Last stand would be shutting down, unplugging power cable from psu and holding power button for at least a minute. Either that or voodoo magic. I'm serious about the first one though, something about static buildup or whatnot.
