Best PSU and CPU for this PC?

Hello, I am building a PC for my friend and i am looking for the best PSU nad CPU for the PC.

I currently have the
- MSI - B250M PRO-VDH Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
- RX9 380 2GB
- 1tb Hard Drive

The budget for the PSU and CPU is around £150 max so any suggestions?

There's not really much better than a G4560 for that mobo without stepping up to an i5, which is ~£150 on its own.
