Do I have a GPU or PSU problem?

I bought my computer around 1-2 months ago, have a couple of issues and no idea what is causing it. My first issue is that my computer keeps randomly rebooting if it is in a game or on the desktop. I'm pretty sure that it is a power supply problem, but someone I talked to said it was a GPU problem. My second issue is that in certain games(i.e fortnite and csgo) my computer will sometimes freeze for a second or stutter, which is why I don't know if it is just the games and I need a new psu or I need a new gpu and psu. I also updated my gpu drivers twice, just to make sure everything was ok.

Specs: 8gb ram
AMD fx 6300 six core processor
AMD Radeon RX 560 2gb gpu
450 watt power supply(Don't know the exact brand)

Do you have any other computers to test these parts in? I have an identical computer, had a generic PSU, and my computer randomly rebooted while playing CSGO.

I fixed my problem by just replacing my PSU, which is problem what your problem is. But before you go out and spend money on something you're not certain on, ask a friend to test out your graphics card in his/her computer, to see if it boots and runs stress tests okay.

Hopefully this helped you, and I feel you, I literally have the exact same parts but my GPU is a RX 460, and all I had to do was replace the power supply. Good luck!

I definitely can find someone to loan me a graphics card and test it out. When you had the generic PSU did it make some of your games not run at its full potential, or have little fps stutters in game, because in most of my games it's just little stutters, but in fortnite it stutters pretty bad even when I get really good FPS.

This bottom part is an update from after I stressed tested my GPU with furmark. I did the regular test and then bench marked it with 1920x1080. What should I be looking for to make sure my GPU is stable?

Temps are stable and that the GPU won't restart. If it gets average frames in your tests, it should be fine.

The generic PSU didn't hold back performance, only turned off my PC a lot. Didn't see major improvements, maybe just 1-2% when I got my new one.

Sorry about so many questions, but do you know what might be causing these fps stutters, because I updated my GPU drivers to the latest version and my GPU seems pretty stable. Do you think it is just the game or do you think it is a problem with my hardware.
