Motherboard: ASUS P8z77-v lk
GPU: R9 290 tri-x
RAM:4gb(one stick is plugged in can be 8gb)
PSU: Cooler Master v650

Okay, my Computer was old and i've been pretty much waiting for it to die, It finally did die (psu and motherboard) which i then bought new parts, a power supply, motherboard and ram but kept my GPU because that was new I just bought it not a year before hand, and kept my storage because it was still pretty good. After then figuring out suddenly replacing a motherboard makes your computer freak out and a few weeks of trying to keep my pc from not crashing and downloading the correct drivers for my new motherboard (couldn't do it cleanly because well..my motherboard fucked out and I was very inexperience) After I got the drivers installed everything ran ok! I tried playing some games tho and that's when the problems began, I could play some games (league of legends worked but PUBG would crash before it could even start) but it'd crash during the game either really really early on or i could play it for 10-15 minutes then it'd crash, I took my graphics card out (yes the pc was off and unplugged) and tried my onboard graphics and thats when my computer suddenly crashed from trying to open a folder from my desk top. I plugged my gpu back in and now it's not starting up at all, it's been like this for a month for i lost the motivation to keep working on this pc cause I have money for bills not my pc, switching out the mobo and psu took alot of saving. My motherboard light is still on, solid green and I was able to get my computer to turn on by repeatedly pressing the power on button, and wiggling the 8pin cpu power connector (it is pressed in as much as it can possibly go) so if my computer can turn on surely it didn't short itself when i switched to onboard graphics. Anyone have any ideas what's going on? i'll answer any question needed i've tried everything i can possibly think of, I tried connecting the pwrsr 2 pins with a screw driver and that didn't turn my pc on, only pressing the button heaps and barely touching the 8 pin, or it turned on ONCE when i pressed the power button

Yes I did with ez flash, I went through hours of links to find out what i should download and update and also what order to install them in, I'm pretty sure i've got them all, I also did a fresh install of windows 7 and then windows 10. I've taken everything out and put it back in and the problem is still the same but it's changed, now the power button will make it start on and off again until it decides to power up, The PSU motherboard and cpu are all new so i'm not sure what could be causing this, maybe the front i/o connector's are bugged up?
