I downloaded an ISO of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit Edition. The file size is 3.09GB. How do you create a bootable start-up disk when the capacity of the CD-R is 700MB?
All you need to do is burn iSO file to a disk ,the Rufus is a greate tool , but it didn't work for me , I'm a novice, and any complex program doesn't help me , i prefer WizISO ,as it's quick and easy. https://www.iseepassword.com/how-to-make-bootable-usb-drive.html
