Suggestions For Build?

I’m sort of an intermediate builder so I understand most about PC building. I’ve come up with a list of parts for a build a couple months back but it may not be in my best interest anymore. Could anyone suggest a build (with specific names and parts)? My budget is within the $1,500 range and I’m looking for a PC that can play high quality games such as overwatch, COD, 2k ... as well as stream them at high/good quality on Twitch and/or YouTube.

That’s kinda pushing it past $1,500. Not to mention the build’s exclusion of a monitor @architsahu . Anything that’s still good for high end gaming & streaming that includes a monitor with a fancier case (I know this will probably be impossible, but I couldn’t help but ask)?

1070 instead of 1080 to try to fit into $1500 budget.
