HDD issues, no space.

According to my computer specs I am supposed to have 2 TB of HDD. But my PC folder under Windows C: shows 1.17 GB free of 1.49 GB. However I have a D: folder that is completely empty that has 1.79 TB free, which I assume is the 2 TB the computer offers.

I did try looking up other topics about partitions or whatever but I am not quite sure I get it. Am I doing something wrong here? Have I got a cord plugged in wrong? Me and my cousin have the exact same games, etc, I just have maybe 10-15 Twitch Clips bookmarked but I cannot imagine that being the issue. He has 1.54 TB free of 1.8 TB.

I am completely in left field here.

Solution
Your C: partition is 150GB which could be a bit too small for all your programs + Windows. All partitions together have 2TB or a bit less than that on account of windows considering 1KB to be 1024 Bytes and HDD manufactures are showing non-formatted capacity.
The options are:
1. To move/reinstall programs from C: to D: partition.
2. To move Recovery partition after D: and expand C: to to part of D: partition making it smaller.
3. To remove that Recovery partition (if it can't be moved), merge it to D: or C: and then to do under #2.
4. (Most painful) Clean install Windows and all programs, deleting all partitions and allocating more space to C:
