Four Storage Units down and still no answers (3x HDD, 1x SDD)

I have a very peculiar problem.
My PC has recently destroyed three HDDs in exactly the same fashion. Each HDD was by a different manufacturer to try and alleviate the issue.
The first HDD worked for around 2 years, then it started to click and behave slowly. Eventually, it lead to some bsod and not being read on startup. I replaced it, but since, the issue has occurred to my replacements merely weeks after they are installed in EXACTLY the same manner. They begin to buffer and audibly click, then stop being read, then bsod and just turn to junk.

All I could think of was that it was my MB causing the issue, what else could it be? Except perhaps a false positive. Then again, I had files on those HDDs (music, movies etc.) which I managed to salvage each time and copy over onto the newer ones. Not .exes, just audio and video. Could a corrupt file cause all my HDDs to break?

I ordered a new MB and processor recently, and they will arrive soon. However yesterday my applications started crashing and now my SSD is f*cked too! I can't run taxing apps like games or video editing software without the SSD crashing and me getting a BSOD. I did not copy any files onto my SSD. This issue is so strange and has bothered me for months now that I thought I'd ask for help.

In the past, i have ran chkdsk and attempted to repair the HDDs, but to no avail. I am going to run the same thing for my SDD but expect no results.

Most recent BSOD:
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE-ERROR:
0x07A (0xFFFFF6FC40008EB0, 0XFFFFFFFFC000000E, 0X0000000016CC1860, 0XFFFFF880011D65C0)
Obviously, my next step is to install the new components and to format my SSD and see where that takes me, but until then, any advice/thoughts are appreciated. I'd rather not have to purchase a new SSD too, but will if it's agreed that not doing so might jeopardise my new components.
Thanks, Tom.

The brand is one that I can't find information on online actually: Maximum Power, and there isn't a label visible on the unit declaring details. I remember it being 800wats though.
Maybe it's a cheap PSU then that's causing the issue, although i've had no problem with any of my other components for the 3 years or so i've been using this psu.
