My build will be:

CPU: i7-8700k
Motherboard: MSI Z370-A-PRO (Not sure if i should use this, or find another)
GPU: GTX 960
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16 GB: 2 x 8 GB DIMM 288-PIN
Case: Cooler Master 690 III Mid Tower
PSU: 500W I don't know the name
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100I

I think that is it.

Graphics don't make much of a difference from the CPU standpoint. But with an 8700k it will be easier to hit 144fps. You'll be limited by the GPU there, you will have to turn some settings down. So you'll need to factor that in as well.

I didn't think about the fact you only have a 960.

No you will probably only be able to play that game at low settings for high fps.

So let me reword this again.

If you plan on getting a better GPU at some point and want to play Forza at Ultra, the 8700k will be better.
For now, a 1600 will be plenty, especially considering you only have a 960.

Looking at benchmarks for Forza 7 (which happen to be in German and I don't speak a lick of German..) you would need a VEGA 64 to run at 144fps on Ultra in...

The CPU and MB are great, but it's pretty overkill with a 960.

You'll be extremely limited by it. The CPU is way more than enough to game and stream without issue.

But, If I were you I would look at something more along the lines of a Ryzen 1600, and then use some of those savings to invest in a better GPU.

The 1600 is almost half the price, same core/thread count, but a little slower, but it won't be a problem. Only problem is with graphics cards the price they are you're going to need a lot more than $200 to get a decent GPU.

And yeah I would get a better PSU in the future. Especially if you don't know what brand or model it is.

+1 on this idea.

1) Buy the Ryzen 1600 (and overclock it)
2) Use the GTX 960 for now
3) Save some more cash + the $200 savings from the cpu and buy a much better GPU when prices stabilize.

Yeah a Ryzen 1600 @4.0GHz is pretty beastly with multi-threaded performance. I think the ONLY thing that beats it is an equally highly overclocked 1700 or up, possibly an 8600k, of course the 8700k even at stock, and pretty much any Ryzen TR and a lot of those Xeon chips (the ones with the insanely high core count).

But for the price... it's HARD to beat the 1600 for the most part.

Ryzen 5 1600 vs 1600x vs 1700 vs 1700x?

ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 3000MHz 2x8GB
And i dont have to upgrade psu?

Can i stream CSGO With 1080p 60fps? with a webcam that runs 30fps.

if all you're playing is CSGO at 60Hz (which you probably should have mentioned) just get whatever CPU you think is reasonable. The 960 is fine for that.

I think the 1600 is more than enough for what you want to do... maybe even overkill.

AAA games meaning big titles by big developers usually being very well optimized and sometimes harder to run. Some recent ones would include CoD:WWII, Assassins Creed: Origins, Battlefield 1, etc. Basically not indie/small budget games like PUBG. (I guess that one is debatable). Forza would be included in AAA (maybe just shy of being an actual AAA)

Based on benchmarks I have seen for CSGO I would get a 1600 and I would overclock it, if you don't want to OC, an i5 8400 will be better. Since the performance is about equal to a highly overclocked 1600 for gaming. it should be more than enough for CSGO streaming, however depending on how much you care about Forza FPS you will want a faster CPU. 8700k being the fastest.

So a ASRock Z370M Pro4, i7-8700k and Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 3000MHz 2x8GB would that work alright?
And it can run forza motorsport 7 ultra graphics, aswell as streaming csgo with best graphics?

Looking at benchmarks for Forza 7 (which happen to be in German and I don't speak a lick of German..) you would need a VEGA 64 to run at 144fps on Ultra in Forza. And the 8700k would be roughly 20fps better than the 1600.

So really unless you plan on getting a really high end graphics card to run Forza, the 1600 will be fine for both.

So in conclusion: the 8700k will be about 20fps more than the 1600 in Forza, but only if you aren't limited by the graphics, which you currently are.
