Title sums it up.

Pc is newly built and was running fine. I was going to run my gaming screen off the external card and the other off the integrated gpu, so i went in and enabled the integrated gpu via the bios. I restarted the pc fine, both screens worked. Powered down, came back later to turn it on and no POST, and a 15 second boot loop. Only thing I changed was enabling the graphics and setting up my monitors.

I've tried removing the external card, utilizing different outputs on both the mb and external card, to no avail.

I'm new to building pcs, but think I may have to clear my cmos so I can access the bios again. I'd rather not though, as I would have pull my cpu and reinstall the bios with an older one cpu (already did that once) and then put it in again. Any ideas?

You don't have to update the BIOS again it keeps the same one you had it just resets back to default settings.
