Yes, you could go with the 1600 (non X) version that comes with the AMD Wraith cooler which is quite good and should allow you to overclock to 1600X performance, just a thought.
Use the stock AMD Wraith cooler, it's nearly as good as the coolers around $40 or less. If your going to get a new cooler save up for a high end air unit around $70+ such as a Noctua NH15 or Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3.
