Here are the specs:
i5-7600k (3.8 to 4.0 typically)
evga 1060 6gb sc (1607 to 1850)
gigabyte h270 gaming 3 motherboard bios version f7
2x8gb ddr4 2133 evga ram
Evga supernova 650 gold plus psu
WD 1 TB Black hdd
windows 10
ben q 60hz monitor

My issues were from the start. I will throw out that I am not tech savvy so treat me as an almost clueless person. I kept getting the blue screen of death for memory errors and other messages. I tried my rams in different slot did the memtest. My computer passed the memtest. I cleaned installed windows like 4 times and updated all drivers the same amount of time. Eventually the blue screen of death went away. When I stress test cpu and gpu they pass. I tried older versions of NVidia but did nothing.

worked flawlessly for a couple days and now my screen freezes up. Sometimes a buzzing sound occurs and sometimes it will restart on its own. The only games I play are runescape 3 and league of legends. Even when I browse the internet it freezes up. I made plenty of computers before and never had this issue. Now it freezes so much that my computer is almost unusable.

I do not know if its a hardware issue or messed up files.
its not a problem with temperature because it never goes above 50c according to the program.

A problem is that the ram slots could be wrong. I had it placed in the 2nd and 4th slot from the cpu and it kept crashing with blue screens, so I moved it to the last two slots which is suppose to be channel b dimm_1 and Dimm_3, ever since this switch the blue screening is gone but not my computer freezes all the time. my manual and bios is not correlating according to the following pictures:

Solution
I agree that their naming convention may confuse some people; install the memory in dual channel and then set an XMP profile to see if it helps with system stability.
