I've just moved my system into a new case along with a new 850w evga bq psu and an Asus q87m-e/csm to accompany. When doing the paperclip test with CPU 12v cable attached to the motherboard, only the psu fan and one chassis fan(not hooked to the CPU fan connector) will turn on. The motherboard receives power of some volume due to the standby power led indicator on the mobo. Any tips or assistance you guys can provide is much appreciated.
