I keep getting this problem where in my Task manager, my disk is basically 100% all of the time. It throttles so much to where I cant play most games now. Ive had this issue before on my old HDD so I bought a ned one and cloned it so I wouldnt have to lose my files."system" is normally on top, and ive seen it hit 100% by itself. I built my new computer and spent so much money. But I cant even do basic things anymore. Im getting so frustrated. If anyone has any ideas ill try them. But i really dont want to lose all of my data and applications. Thanks you. Heres my system info. ---> https://gyazo.com/63f91dcec97b8b999ff3764646c7ade1 And my newly purchased drive is a barracuda 4TB drive.

Why is your drive seemingly running at 100%?

What is telling you it is running at 100%?
Is it full?
Too much stuff running in the background?
Virus or other malware?
Do you have the drive split into a bunch of partitions?
When was the last time you did a full OS install?

And the OS updates?
What OS is this?

Within Task Manager, or Resource Manager...what actual processes are sucking up the drive usage?
Is it like this ALL the time? Does it ever go down?

"System"
And Windows 10 Home.

Ive tried and done all of the fixes i could find, but still no change...
Edit: Ive got it to calm down a little bit, but .1 MB/s shouldnt be around 20% disk usage...
