pull all but ram from first main ram slot see if it posts. if there no post check that the mb is stilling on top of the mb standoffs and there in the right place. make sure the io shield not shorting out the mb. on the edge of the mb make sure the 8/4 pin cpu power plug is connect. on the gpu make sure it has power some lower end card do need power if they have over size fans. if there no post pull the mb see if it post ontop of the mb box. it rule out a short. if there no post try another power supply. the cx unit not a good unit and could be the issue and not the mb.
Well, the bad thing about Rysen is the lack of onboard graphic. The only way to know for sure is trying another GPU. However, MSI is usually a reliable brand and I bet your card is fine.

Check the BIOS revision of your motherboard and check if your CPU is unlock for your BIOS version. It should be ok, but I had the same board first. Asus didn`t send the first batch with the right BIOS making all Rysen incompatible even if they were the only available CPU for the board. I know, it is a mess, but it could be possible it is something similar.

Is your PC power up at all? If you have a motherboard bell? Does your computer boot correctly?
