Will an i5-7600K oc'd to 4.5Ghz bottleneck with a gtx 1080ti?

I plan to game on AAA titles and I have a 24" 1080p 144hz monitor.

At times yes. Other times not really. Performance will be good, but you will see some framerate drops.

It's a good pairing , shouldn't have any issues.

The important thing to note would be that it very largely depends on the game. But even when it does it will still be good performance.
