Installed new processor now Windows 10 won't boot

I recently installed a new processor upon first boot told me to goto bios to setup the processor I did or I think I did it right now I can't get anything to boot Windows recovery Windows os bootable flash drive I can only access the smart bios menu

I have a nvidea 1060 zotac amp edition, asus m5a97 mobo, I had a amd fx 4100 I now have the and fx 4130 processor, 1tb and a 2tb hard drive Windows 10 installed on the 1tb and the other used for steam storage

Is your bios up to date? The CPU you installed isn't really an upgrade at all, same exact chip minus 200mhz.

I downloaded the latest version on my other pc but the unzip process keeps crashing can I get you to send me a copy unzipped for me via Dropbox or something here is website name https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/M5A97_LE_R20/HelpDesk_BIOS/

I'm using a family pc and the Windows zip is crashing with only this for some reason

Use 7zip or winzip.

Bios has been updated still doing a infinite load on Windows boot screen
