so, been noticing some spiking in my internet the last few days and didnt think much of it before today when i built 2 new computers and where doing some testing etc and downloading new software for them etc.
I used my main computer to download stuff and move it onto a USB drive to use on the 2 new computers.
I noticed my download speed was much lower than im used to but figured it was a bad routing to my location or so and didnt think much of it.
After all the computers where up and running, me and a friend started installing stuff on the diffrent computers and one of the files we downloaded on all 3 computers just to check limitations on the new computers in terms of speed / hardware / hardrives etc.
I have a 500/500 fibre optics connection and both the new computers got that with flying colors (i usually end up around 540/520.
I have a old server computer running on 6-7 year old hardware, one brand new server pc (built today), one gaming rig that is about 2 years old (use this as "main computer") one laptop and my friends also brand new computer i build for him today.

Old server @ speedtest.net hits 500/500
New server @ speedtest.net hits 500/500 (http://www.speedtest.net/result/6958475975.png)
Friends new pc @ speedtest.net hits 500/500
Laptop @ speedtest.net hits 500/500
My wireless on all devices we tested (cellphones etc also hits very high, not all 500 etc, but close)
Main computer gets 95 everytime i test (http://www.speedtest.net/result/6958474952.png)

I also notice that when i run speedtests or download on "main computer" the other computers nettwork will slow down and go really laggy / jittery.
If i run speedtest on all the other computers at the same time, nothing happends to the network, everything works perfect.

needless to say i been searching and googling for hours now, testing every solution i can find, scanning the computer for stuff to slow it down, or trolttle the speed, i cant think of anything else.

I would really like some fresh pair of eyes on this before i do a full wipe as a last resort.
Stuff i tested: New drives, all updates, no AMD quick stream stuff, disabled GFX drives completly, changed cables, disabled all firewall and reset the router a few times aswell.
Scanned for virus, malaware and prolly watched the network / taskmanager / process window for a solid hour to see for anomalies.
Scanned every single process manually trough google to see what they do and if they are harmful.

Totally lost on what to do!

I did alot more than what ive listed aswell, just cant rememeber it all!

Solution
ok found a answer to my problem just now, had device called Wan controller or so in my device manager, disabled it and everything is back to normal.
No clue what it was, i dont have 2 NIC cards and i havent unplugged or added any new hardware for ages, no new installs either so not sure how long its been there, assume a while but as said, no idea!
