can't use mic on my headset

Hi guys, few days ago my pc had completed, and yesterday I decided to play with my friends and talking to them via discord. But somehow they can't hear what i'm saying but I can hear them perfectly well..
I'm using a razer kraken chroma.. does anybody know why this problem occur?
On the setting, the razer kraken had already been chosen as the default device.. but I still can't talk to them

Have you looked in "Device Manager > Sound > Recording" to see if you Headset Microphone is muted or disabled?

yup via usb.. and yes it is chosen as the recorder in sound setting.. I still can't speak

i don't think its muted and disabled because i can see the green bar beside it going up and down.. i try speaking on the mic and the green bar moves up but it doesn't let me speak on discord or in-game

Try right clicking Headset Microphone and choose Properties, then Levels.
