So i recently bought a new pc (builded it) and i bought 2 rams from one shop because they said it will fit so am i not doing something right or what?

Ram: Kingston : 4gb PC4 -2113 CL15 288-pin UDIMM
KVR21N15S8/4

Mobo : ASROCK H110M - DVS R3.0

EDIT: i looked up the mobo's ram compatibility but when i try to insert it the small notch doesnt line up with the ram's gap. It could be because the ram is a smaller sized one i geuss but not sure

Thanks in advance!

you wrote the right thing but you bought the wrong DDR3 instead of DDR4 :/ hurry up and go back to the shop. its their mistake as well for telling you that "it works". or they didnt bother to check what you bought :D

Probably wrong orientation of ram modules. Turn them around.
