Would i be able to run PUBG 1080p at 60+ fps?

Maybe, PUBG isn't exactly the best optimized game however you do have a good system so I would think you should be fine. If you do encounter performance issues overclocking the CPU/GPU may help a bit but there's always the refund option on Steam as long as you played for less then two hours.
