Hello, yesterday I was unplugging my PC and cleaning it, I turned it back on and everything worked fine. today, however, I turn it on and I get this error message. I can't even access BIOS when I press delete or f11 which is the proper buttons to press.
What is going on?

I unplugged the HDD, got into BIOS and changed boot order but the problem still persists.
