So I was upgrading my GPU in my PC and I installed my new GTX 1060 but whenever I turn it on it just get stuck at the splash screen (can't access BIOS or anything). My motherboard is a foxconn n15235. I tried resetting bios to default and disabling integrated graphics but neither worked. As soon as I put my old GTX 650 it starts up fine. I have a 550w PSU so power shouldn't be an issue.

My best guess is that your very old motherboard isn't supported by a driver for the much newer GPU. You might try downloading the driver for the new GPU, installing it, shutting off the computer and installing the new GPU and see what happens.
