System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Live streaming the games, recording the games, video editing for YouTube (just gameplay commentaries) (I need a build that can stream gta 5 100+ fps)

searching online while waiting for a game to load doesn't matter if its 60hz or not but I do need it

Still, here is a build. Since you are live streaming and playing, the Ryzn 7 1800X is best for your needs and allows you to overclock. If you want to save money, do not buy the OS and instead download the ISO off Microsoft's webpage and install it in your PC, but do not activate it. Do this is you do not mind a watermark. An OS is still in the list however.

Currently, GPU prices are off the charts high and out of stock everywhere due to Mining of Cyptocurrency's. This is the best GPU I could find at a reasonable price and it is pretty good.

The case is the same as you have chosen. The monitors are a 165Hx 1440p and 144Hz 1080p. Both are 1ms.
