So were the fans only running the first time you started it? Also, what kind of noise was it? Was it a beep, or something more like a popping sound, or something else? If the fans don't spin and nothing seems to be happening when you hit the power button, but everything seems to be plugged in correctly, it is possible that the power supply might have failed.

I got the cpu, ram and mobo from a friend the day I got OT from him he was still using it and had no problems I think I did everything correctly the fans were running in the gpu and the cpu cooler the PC made a noise but then nothing happened

Have you had a look at the motherboard's manual to make sure you're not missing anything? You can download the manual in PDF format here if you didn't get one...

To troubleshoot the problem, you might try booting with only one stick of RAM installed at a time, and see if that helps. It's possible you might have the sticks installed in an incorrect order. Also make sure that if you're installing it in a case that had a different motherboard before, that you've moved the standoffs to the correct positions if necessary, and removed any extras, so that no motherboard components are shorting out against the interior of your case...

You might also check the two-digit LED readout at the bottom of the board to get an idea of what's going on when the PC stops booting.

I tried everything and nothing shows on the two-digit LED . I tried all of the possible things to try to boot it and nothing
