For christmas my friend gave me his old motherboard and CPU(he said there was nothing wrong with them, he just got better stuff). the motherboard is an ASUS P8Z77-V LE plus. When i swapped over the motherboard most of the drivers successfully installed except the “Ethernet Controller”. i went to the ASUS website and downloaded the latest LAN driver and ran the setup files in the zip but the driver still won’t work. I made sure to download the correct version of the driver for windows 7 64 bit, but i can’t seem to get it to work. Also the 2 USB 3.0 ports that are on the same block as the Ethernet cable won’t work either.
Any advice on what i can do?
