Cpu Is At 80-100% While Playing Games

hi,
my computer bugs me for some time now and i just cant figure out why..
while I'm playing games at my computer (like r6, fortnite) my CPU usage is rising up to 80-100% because of the system idle process.
now, i know its normal, but its happening only while I'm playing games!!

but this happens only with some games not with everygames

while youre at task manager. go to Performance tab. open resource monitor. cpu tab. sort by cpu. expand services. screenshot.
go to disk tab as well. expand disk activity. sort by total. screenshot.

yes its normal that your CPU usage goes up 100% when playing games, but its not normal when your disk usage goes 100% as well. this will slow down your games. you will need to turn off indexing on your drive. just follow the instructions below. restart.

so dont worry about your CPU going 100% during games, this just means the game is CPU intensive and utizes more cores/threads compared to other games. and you did mention just some games and not all.
