For high end Overclocking, I would choose a H110 however the H105 is marginally better than H100i which comes with Corsair Link. The H80i is inadequate for serious Overclocking.

Don't buy any of these wait for Corsair H115i PRO with newer gen Asetek pump. It looks way better and has zero RPM fan feature which is absolutely cool. So just hold on, look some reviews after it is launched and buy anything at least 240mm rad or higher. For serious oc a 12mm rad is not enough. Don't even think of it. Here is the new lineup:
